Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Contract Remote Web Developer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality websites that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. You will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life, utilizing your expertise in web development platforms such as Wix, WordPress, and other relevant web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement websites for client projects using platforms like Wix, WordPress, and other web development tools.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate closely with our design and project management teams to meet project requirements, deadlines, and objectives.
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development to apply them effectively in projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of successful web projects.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Project-Based Work:

This is a contract position based on project assignments. Each project's duration and scope will vary depending on client needs.
