McCullough Landscape Architecture, Inc. is a growing, studio-style landscape architecture firm in the Hillcrest area of San Diego. Our collaborative approach to design provides a fun atmosphere and synergistic working environment. Our studio designs for the end user and strives to bring all into the process. The result is a broad learning experience for the entire team and quality product for our client.

A successful candidate will work 40 hours/week and EXCEL IN THESE AREAS:

OFFICE ADMINSTRATION:

Office supplies, organization, conference room schedule, and general tidiness - including coordination with landlord, co-tenants, janitorial services, and other office vendors
Office records management (paper and electronic), including archives program coordination.
Process professional/general liability/workers comp renewals and audits
Assist with updates for company filings such as corporate documentation and business licenses
Client Retention Management (CRM) documentation management
Provide administrative assistance to principals of the business
Plan and coordinate with Marketing Dept staff social activities such as birthdays and team building events

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION:

o Assist with human resource support, for example:

Employee file documentation
Staff safety training
Employee on-boarding, including distribution of Employee Handbook
Administration of Group Health, 401k Profit Sharing, and Flexible Savings Account Plans

Required skills and experience

· 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business operations

· Ability to proactively seek solutions to a myriad of business challenges

· Strong understanding of information systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Professionalism through client relations; Strong organizational skills

· Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction industry a plus
