Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Utilize data analytics to analyze operational performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and progress reports.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors in Mandarin and English.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Utilize Excel and other tools for data analysis, reporting, and decision support.
Implement and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Trello) to track tasks and milestones.
Leverage Shopify knowledge to support e-commerce operations and initiatives.
Working Hours: Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role.
Previous experience in an e-commerce startup or tech-driven environment.
Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in data analytics and Excel for reporting and analysis.
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) and methodologies.
Knowledge of Shopify platform and e-commerce operations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
