Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is looking to grow their accounting skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support monthly and yearly closings and account analysis.
Help ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or current enrollment in such a program.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position, allowing the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
The role entails approximately 40 hours per month, with flexible scheduling.
