Requirements:

Must have managed infrastructure projects for governments, utilities, engineering/architectural firms, contractors, etc. with at least 8 years of experience. Having worked as the owner's representative for a public body is an asset. Having delivered projects in remote areas is an asset.
Must have experience managing contracts with engineering/ architectural firms, general contractors, construction managers, owners, etc.
Must have a good understanding of how multidisciplinary designs are completed.
Must have a general understanding of construction methods.
Must have excellent business acumen and a mindset focused on meeting client needs.
Must have some experience with Project Management Information Systems.
Must have a degree in engineering, architecture or a similar profession.

The opportunity is fully remote. A candidate based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is preferred but not required.

You will be paid at a starting rate of $95/hr. You can expect 37.5 hours/week. Rate will increase to $100/hr if extended.
