We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to analyze business needs, define project requirements, and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be key in driving improvements and supporting decision-making processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations.
Create process maps, use cases, and other documentation to visualize and communicate requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that project milestones are met.
Work closely with the technical team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure alignment and understanding.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
Analyze data and create reports to support business decision-making and strategy formulation.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with business intelligence tools and databases (e.g., SQL).
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
