NRL are currently recruiting for multiple Administrative/Project Support roles on a permanent, full time basis for a large construction project within the Nuclear sector.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage departmental correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for contracts, commercial agreements, and construction-related documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and coordinate departmental calendars.
Prepare presentation materials, reports, and documentation for meetings and presentations.

Project Assistance:

Provide administrative support to managers, including document control and communication with subcontractors.
Assist in the preparation of project reports.
Coordinate logistics for construction projects, including scheduling deliveries and arranging site visits.

Data Management and Analysis:

Compile and analyze data related to contracts, commercial agreements, and construction projects.
Generate regular reports and summaries to track project progress, expenditures, and performance metrics.
Identify trends and insights to support decision-making and improve departmental efficiency.

Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as a liaison between the Contracts, Commercial, and Construction department and other internal departments.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve workflows, and achieve departmental goals.

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:00
