What You’ll Bring:

- At least 2 years of paid experience preparing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.

- A strong desire to help clients navigate tax complexities and provide an exceptional customer experience.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

- Active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) and the ability to obtain any necessary state licenses, permits, or bonds.

- A reliable, hardwired internet connection to ensure smooth and secure remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation using our specialized software.

- Help customers understand and complete their taxes with ease, translating complex tax concepts into simple, everyday language.

- Use government websites, professional resources, and internal tools to find accurate answers and deliver expert advice.

- Document customer interactions for accurate record-keeping.
