Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Product Designer to join our team at O'Fallon, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in user interface design, design thinking, user experience design, agile framework, communication with key stakeholders, and UX research. The candidate will work closely with the team at Scott Air Force Base and USTRANSCOM to design and develop user-friendly products that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-friendly products that meet the needs of our clients
Collaborate with the team at Scott Air Force Base and USTRANSCOM to understand user requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements
Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
Work within an agile framework to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget
Communicate design decisions and rationale to key stakeholders
Continuously improve the user experience of our products through user testing and feedback

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Product Designer
Experience with user interface design, design thinking, and user experience design
Experience working within an agile framework
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Strong portfolio of design work
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
