Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Remote Customer Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or support role (remote experience is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and online communication platforms.
