Position Overview: Path and Purpose is seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Virtual Content Manager to oversee our social media accounts and support our content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission, experience in managing social media, basic video editing skills and search engine optimization (SEO) experience. This role involves developing and implementing a content calendar, managing our YouTube channel, and supporting our two podcasts: The Path and Purpose Podcast and The Being-Centered Leader Podcast.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with our brand and mission.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions and comments.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement.

Content Calendar Development:

Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement a content calendar based on our business strategy and vision.
Plan and schedule content in advance to ensure consistent and timely posts.

Video Editing:

Edit and produce basic videos for social media and YouTube.
Ensure video content is aligned with our brand and resonates with our audience.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and execute strategies to promote organic traffic through search engines

YouTube Channel Development:

Develop and execute strategies to grow our YouTube channel.
Schedule and curate video content for our YouTube channel.
Develop video titles and descriptions that are optimized for search.

Podcast Support:

Assist in the production and promotion of The Path and Purpose Podcast and The Being-Centered Leader Podcast.
Develop strategies to increase podcast listenership and engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media accounts (please provide samples of work or accounts managed).
Basic video editing skills (please provide samples of video work).
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for Path and Purpose’s mission and vision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with content calendar tools.
Experience in podcast production and promotion.

Hours and Compensation:

Part-time position with flexible hours.
Remote work.
Compensation based on experience and qualifications ($20-30/hr.)
