Job Title: Digital Coordinator

Reports to: VP of Growth

Main Focus Areas:

Own promotional calendar and create discount codes for sales, influencers, affiliates, etc.
Upload all content and copy into Shopify ecommerce store (including for experiments)
Set up new product launches on the ecommerce store by collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, engineering, and more
Project manage ecommerce experiments including briefing, copywriting, design, and dev teams to ensure a timely and smooth launch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, dev, and marketing to execute on various ecomm projects such as bundles, quiz, Rebuy, etc.
QA new product and feature launches to ensure optimal customer experience
Create and maintain collections and landing pages

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of work experience
Organized and highly motivated, fast learner
Experience in project management across full project lifecycle (ideation to completion)
Effective communications skills with ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations
