At Petnovations, Inc, our passion is pets and the people who love them. Our Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing value and support to our CatGenie community. We are seeking a creative and energetic individual to join our dynamic team in the development, execution, and analysis of CatGenies' marketing campaigns through social media content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising. This role will assist in building on existing strategies and bringing fresh and innovative ideas for brand growth.

Responsibilities:

Key job is to spearhead and contract product ambassadors to develop and acquire user generated content.
Develop and help carry out marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple Social Media platforms.
Coordinate schedules for project planning, task and deadline management, content creation, and community engagement to ensure platform activity is consistent and project deadlines are both realistic and timely.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media developments, online behaviors, and trends.
Must be an adaptive planner and problem solver with the ability to create and curate compelling marketing content that is relevant and valuable for our target audience.
Analyze campaign results and propose reports based on performance insights, audience, competitors, etc.

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram (Meta), Tik Tok, Pinterest, and other current social media platforms.
Some experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva, and in platform editor tools (Instagram and Tik Tok). This will help in working with our in-house Graphic Design & Branding Specialist
Exceptional written communication, multi-tasking, networking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Extraordinarily creative with a drive to grow
Must have a cat and be able to set-up a CatGenie unit in your home.
Bonus if you have experience working with facebook/Meta Ad manager

Salary Range: $42-$45K Depending on Skill/Experience

Plus monthly Mobile and Internet stipend
