We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounting duties, from accounts payable and receivable to bank reconciliations and financial reporting. This is a part-time position ideally for someone who is serving other clients as a full-charge bookkeeper.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Perform full cycle accounting tasks using Ramp and Quickbooks

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review

- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure accuracy in financial records

- Maintain general ledger entries and perform account analysis

- Implement double-entry bookkeeping principles effectively

-Conduct payroll twice a month using turnkey software

-Issuing invoices through Quickbooks

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficiency in Quickbooks

- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles

- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

- Experience in account analysis and financial reporting

- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry

- Familiarity with technical accounting procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
