Objectives
The Accounts Payable Specialist will keep financial records, prepare reports, and update financial information. The specialist must be familiar with accounting procedures and should have experience with accounting software programs. The ideal candidate will be able to process business transactions and handle accounts payable, expense reports, receipts, and other financial matters. Proven accounting experience is required.

Essential Functions

Enter weekly bills and apply payments
Process payments via ACH, Wires, CC, Bank Draft, or NACHA file
Communicate with vendors
Verify expense reports with various departments
Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
Assisting the accounting team with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning
Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records
Reconciling monthly payables account balances
Assisting other departments within Quility as needed for financial records and keeping records up to date
Maintaining a virtual filing system
Maintain W-9 forms for year-end
Handling bookkeeping and following accounting best practices

Netsuite or equivalent ERP system Experience

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Remote work available.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

1-3 years of proven accounting/accounts payable
Experience using NetSuite Preferred
