Job description

Regan Digital Studios (RDS), a division of Regan Communications Group (RCG), is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Front-End UX Designer. As a member of our dynamic, growing team, you will bring your passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs and strong understanding of modern front-end technologies to our mission to build and execute digital media campaigns for a wide range of clients. You will collaborate closely with our creative, development, and marketing teams to translate client needs into engaging and effective digital experiences.

Responsibilities

User Interface Development: Design and develop user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns that are visually compelling and highly functional.
User Research: Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
Design Creation and Implementation: Create responsive designs that deliver a seamless experience across various devices and platforms. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and optimal user experience.
Analysis: Continuously test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
Continuing Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to our projects.

Experience/Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Development, or a related field.

· 3-plus years’ experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.

· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

· Strong experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

· Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.

· Experience with user research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable design solutions.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, from websites to mobile apps.
