Who You Are

Rival Insurance Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of software solutions to brokers, MGAs, and carriers, we are looking for someone with a background in Insurtech. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, understanding client needs, and guiding the enhancement of our software to maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Do

Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, industry benchmarks, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for software innovation.
Collaborate with clients and development teams to gather and document software requirements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and recommending innovative solutions to optimize software functionality.
Contribute to testing efforts by providing guidance on user acceptance testing and validating that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate smooth communication and understanding.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the software insurance industry and knowledge of broker management systems.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving innovation.
Adaptable and flexible in responding to dynamic business demands.
