Marketing Manager

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or life science discipline
>5 years of experience in marketing with a life science company or life science contract design and manufacturing organization (CDMO).
Product management experience strongly preferred.

Additional Marketing Background

Understanding of life sciences, including life science research applications and in vitro diagnostics
Proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts
Demonstrated experience in creating marketing content strategies for technical or scientific products
Ability to create clear and compelling messaging that differentiates products in the life sciences sector
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools relevant to the life sciences industry, such as SEO, SEA, email marketing, and social media marketing
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, MS Dynamics).
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Proficient computer skills in MS Office
Ability to work in a diverse global role

Your Marketing Focus

Strategic Marketing / Product Management:

Supports the development of medium-term and long-term strategic plans for the business, including identifying unmet customer needs, analyzing the competitive landscape, and building plans to ensure the long-term success of the business.
Supports the development of differentiated positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive competitive advantage.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development and operations to align marketing strategies with product roadmap and business priorities.

Tactical Marketing:

Develop and execute multi-channel tactical marketing plans aligned with overall business strategies and company guidelines designed to help achieve target revenue goals.
Implement digital marketing tactics in cooperation with corporate marketing such as email and social media campaigns, online advertising, and digital events (conferences and webinars) to support lead generation efforts.
Develop and implement public relations strategies in close collaboration with corporate PR.
Continuous improvement of The Company’s website presence, including content and navigation.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance across all marketing channels.
Maintain a thorough understanding of digital marketing trends for products and services in the life science market and establish best practice across the organization.
Collaborate with marketing units across The Organization in the development of company-wide marketing initiatives.
