Works in a dynamic, secure cloud environment with expertise in multiple IT disciplines and technologies

Your Role

Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Plan and manage system capacity to optimize resource usage and cost efficiency
Coordinate and oversee the release and deployment of products, while continuously improving existing processes
Automate monitoring and alerting to improve efficiency, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure
Investigate and resolve production incidents, and provide support to ensure customer success

Qualifications

Effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Proficient in at least one Hyperscaler (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Eager to work on high scale, highly secure systems
Experience with scripting and/or programming languages such as Go, C, Shell, Python, or Java
Familiarity with Unix and Windows technologies, including DNS, SMTP, SSO, and Active Directory
Knowledgeable about SAML in the use of SSO applications
Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, ideally with experience working with Kubernetes
Experience working in highly regulated environments
Must be a US Citizen
Computer Science Degree or related field and 6 years of experience (doesn't have to be specific, just general-related experience)
