Role Description

Sisley Paris is hiring Beauty Advisors for its latest brand Neurae! We have openings in Palo Alto!. As a Beauty Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will include utilizing your cosmetology knowledge and product expertise to provide excellent customer service, retail sales support, and skincare advice to customers.

Qualifications

Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
Knowledge of skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance categories.
Retail Sales experience.
Strong communication, problem solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work well in a team.
Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
