About this Role

We’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing Designer to bring Sola’s brand vision to life through visually stunning and impactful marketing materials and campaigns. In this role, you’ll have the creative autonomy to dream big and execute your ideas, crafting materials that resonate across all platforms, such as our website, marketing collateral, conferences, gift boxes, and beyond.

This is an in-person role based at our Atlanta office.

What You Bring:

Love for All Things Design: You are passionate about design and are driven to create unique, out-of-the-box ideas.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a startup environment where you can take initiative and think creatively. You're not just looking for a job—you’re eager to make an impact and grow with the company.
Design Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that shows off your ability to create elegant, on-brand marketing materials. Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
Eagerness to Grow: You’re a self-starter who’s excited about expanding your responsibilities. Whether it’s taking on new challenges or stepping outside your comfort zone, you excel in a role where every day brings something different.
UI/UX Expertise: You’ve got experience in UI/UX design and know how to create user-friendly digital experiences.
Copywriting Skills: Your writing is clear, engaging, and persuasive

What You Will Do:

Bring Your Vision to Life: You’ll have the autonomy to dream big and execute your creative vision, designing marketing materials that is aligned with Sola’s brand. Your work will be a key part of our brand’s evolution.
Build and Elevate the Brand: You’ll play a pivotal role in building and elevating the Sola brand, creating cohesive and impactful visual identities across all platforms. Your designs will help establish Sola as a trusted and innovative leader in the insurance industry.
UI/UX Design: Craft intuitive, user-friendly website pages and digital interfaces that offer a seamless user experience.
Build a design system: You’ll develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all of Sola’s visual assets.
Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various channels, including marketing materials, website content, social media, and email campaigns.
Conference & Event Design: From conferences to events, you’ll design impactful visuals that make Sola stand out.
Iterative Design Process: Be open to feedback and ready to iterate on designs and copy to improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing efforts continually. We're all about growth and refinement.
