Including on-line personal and leadership development products, marketing, web platforms, lead generation, and live coaching sessions. Role Description: I am currently seeking Directors of Leadership Development for remote contract positions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. In addition, you will participate in online training sessions and company meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in business development.
Proven track record in lead generation.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely. (This is essential.)
Experience in the personal development industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities: Your main task will involve engaging with potential clients to provide information about our programs and services. This will include conducting brief consultations and guiding clients through the product delivery process. Each interview typically takes around 10 minutes, and you will be expected to handle approximately 10 to 20 calls per day, Monday through Friday.
