Spire Technology is a leading provider of software tools for television studios. We work with the biggest names in television to optimize their media management workflow.

You will be part of a small development team responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining cloud services. The team is fully-remote, located in Indiana and California.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to plan and develop new products and features.
Deliver quality code, and review other team members' work.
Support customers when technical issues arise.

Qualifications

Experience with Go and/or React, which will be tested during the interview process.
Experience building full-stack web apps.
General knowledge of video processing, codecs, and formats.
Highly-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
Attention to detail and an eye for design.
Must be an Indiana resident.

Bonus Points

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Experience with Docker and networking fundamentals.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ie. GitHub Actions).
Experience with web video storage and streaming (ie. CDNs, HLS/DASH).
Experience working on a remote team.
