We value inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration, and we're looking for a talented UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Design the UI of the Spoken Doc application (Voice transcription application)
Produce wireframes, user workflows, functional prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate your solutions
Manage design requests in a timely fashion
Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and business requirements
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and industry best practices, and share knowledge within the team

Requirements:

Inclination to UI/UX design in a software development or technology-driven environment
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, with a focus on user-centered design principles and problem-solving
Ability to demonstrate experience from at least one large-scale project
Knowledge of best practices in both UX and UI, with an understanding and appreciation of standard patterns, concepts, and processes
Experience with WPF/Desktop application will be an asset
