Sugar23 is in an exciting phase of growth and is currently seeking an experienced literary assistant to provide day to day support. This position is 100% on site and will be out of our LA office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Manage fast paced inboxes, calendars, mail, and contacts.

· Answering and directing of phone calls; general phone etiquette

· Assist with compiling and distributing information and materials for boss & client meetings

· Read scripts and provide coverage.

· Handle special projects as needed.

· Manage all information with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

· Ability to be a self-starter and able to anticipate needs.

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

· Quick problem solving skills

· Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner.

· Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills:

· BA/BS degree preferred but not required.

· 1-2 years of desk experience required.
