NETSAFA's Fundamental Skills Training Division is seeking a dedicated Subject Matter Expert Instructor to enhance the professional development of international military partners and government officials. As a Subject Matter Expert Instructor, you will play a critical role in developing the capabilities of our partner nations' future leaders, making a significant and long-term impact. You will deliver specialized training in multiple domains, including aircraft antisubmarine systems, aircraft avionics systems, aircraft flight systems, aircraft engine systems, mechanics, and electronics.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver specialized training in multiple domains to international military partners and government officials

- Review and submit curriculum updates to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant

- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs

- Foster international security cooperation by sharing knowledge and expertise with partner nations

- Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to develop and improve training programs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, engineering, technical, education, management, or closely related field.

- Six (6) years of experience in military training positions.

- Proven instructional skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex subjects in an accessible and engaging way to an international audience.

- Previous Sensor Operator (SO) experience as an Aircrewman Tactical Helicopter (AWR) onboard the MH-60R helicopter preferred.

- Strong commitment to international cooperation, sensitivity to cultural differences, and a dedication to promoting global security.
