Job Title: Project Manager Remote

As a Remote Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any concerns.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high-level client-facing and internal communication abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.
Excellent English, both written and verbal.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and attention to detail.
