Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating and managing content, analyzing marketing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing digital marketing channels, managing advertising campaigns, and measuring the success of marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital and traditional channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to effectively promote TravelTube's products and services in the competitive travel technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support company objectives and growth targets.
Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, partnerships, etc.).
Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring campaigns are within budgetary constraints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution.
Solid understanding of current marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the travel or technology industry is a plus.
