Hi, I'm Devin and I'm looking for someone who wants to go on a crazy journey with me as my Entrepreneurial Executive Assistant. (READ TO THE BOTTOM BEFORE APPLYING)

I'm currently:

Raising funds for my startup that's revolutionizing property management.
Consulting a rapidly growing Breathwork company.
Writing the workbook for my highly rated book "The Book of Circles & Lines"
Writing a 3 book sci-fi epic
Preparing to launch a channel where I will be preaching once a month.
Preparing to rebrand Devinwilbourn.com and shift more time toward speaking and coaching.
And possibly looking at launching a podcast.

This will be a unique role. You'll need to smoothly transition between managing email and calendars, to posting content, researching best practices for unrelated projects, and helping me stay on track with execution across everything I'm working on. You will also need to be entrepreneurial and find a way (or have a way) to make money until we're successful with some of these projects. (If you already have a main gig, and you can do this part time, that would be ideal. Unless you're independently wealthy and bored, that works too.)

This will be an internship to start, but if I find the right person, I hope to turn it into a paid full-time position once these projects begin to mature, and take you with me in everything I do.

MUST HAVES

Strong understanding of Google Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong capability to navigate different software
Strong project management skills
Comfortable figuring things out with minimal direction
Self-starting - you come to me and tell me how we can be better, what we need to organize, how I should structure my calendar etc...
Good at research and synthesizing large sets of information into something consumable.

NICE TO HAVES

Comfortable with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook etc...)
Good eye for content
Basic editing skills for podcasts, and youtube videos
Knowledgable with ChatGPT and other AI tools
