Summary:

We are a fast-growing competitive footwear, apparel, and swimwear company seeking a talented Graphic Artist with a strong focus on creating digital assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and website content. The ideal candidate will have expertise in layout, typography, and retouching and a keen eye for maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms. This role will require translating marketing concepts into visually compelling designs while ensuring a cohesive branded image.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute design concepts for e-commerce, email campaigns, and website assets, maintaining brand standards.
Collaborate with the Creative Manager to create visually appealing graphics that enhance user engagement and conversion.
Design and optimize large multi-page digital catalogs, utilizing InDesign for effective paragraph, character, and page styling.
Create graphic logos, icons, and product visuals to highlight features and technical specifications.
Assist with photo-retouching, technical illustrations, and other digital assets as needed for marketing and promotional materials.
Handle additional design projects and requests to support the broader marketing team.
Manage file organization and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience in designing for ecommerce, email, and web platforms.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or HTML5 is a plus.
Strong organization skills with an ability to handle multiple projects.
Experience in athletics or a passion for CrossFit is a bonus but not required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally focused on digital marketing for ecommerce.
