Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at United Water Restoration Group, Inc. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of technicians, coordinating restoration projects, ensuring quality control, and liaising with clients and insurance adjusters. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, emergency response environment.

Qualifications

Leadership, Team Management, and Project Coordination skills
Knowledge of restoration industry best practices and procedures
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in working with insurance companies and adjusters
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
Certifications in restoration and mitigation techniques (e.g., IICRC) are a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field
