Overview:

I am the founder of XSResults Al, a digital marketing and success agency dedicated to elevating B2B SaaS and E-Commerce companies.

As we prepare to launch our "Build & Release Infrastructure" service, I'm seeking an Email Copywriting Specialist with a strong background in B2B email outreach.

Job Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in writing cold email copy specifically for marketing agencies targeting [B2B SaaS] and [E-commerce] sectors.

- A track record of generating relevant, measurable results through cold email campaigns.

- Availability for a 1-hour Zoom call daily over the next 2-5 days.

- Proficiency in using software tools such as Instantly and SmartLead, with a particular skill in leveraging their artificial intelligence personalization features.

Scope of Work:

- Collaborate and strategize closely with me via Zoom, Shared Google Docs, & potentially: specific cold email software (Instantly, Smartlead, Pipl.ai, etc).

- Develop an initial outreach email, including split tests to optimize performance.

- Create follow-up emails to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Call Schedule & Project Timeline

Day 1: Market Research and Initial Email Creation

- Conduct in-depth market research to tailor our approach.

- Develop four initial email variants: two A/B tests for SaaS and two for E-Commerce.

Day 2: Refinement and Development of Follow-Up

Emails

- Refine and finalize the initial email variants.

- Begin crafting variations of follow-up emails to ensure continuity and engagement.

Day 3: Completion of Follow-Up Emails and Campaign

Structuring

- Finalize follow-up email variants and ensure strategic alignment with campaign goals.

- Strategize the overall structure of the email campaign to maximize impact.

Day 4: Final Review and Pre-Launch Adjustments

- Complete final edits to all email copy to ensure clarity and persuasiveness.

- Make last-minute adjustments and prepare for the successful launch of the campaign.

Please Note: The outlined project timeline serves as a general guide. We understand that business dynamics can shift, requiring us to adapt our schedules. As such, tasks may be addressed earlier or later than initially planned. We appreciate your flexibility and readiness to adjust as needed.

Payment Terms:

Our budget for this project is $15-$20 per hour. We will conduct daily 1-hour Zoom calls, and at the end of each call, you will be compensated within the agreed hourly rate range for your support and help that day. This payment structure ensures you are compensated regularly throughout the duration of the project.
