Job Responsibilities

Generate business leads internally and externally.
Developing relationships with existing and prospective customers to gain new business opportunities for our major revenue channels.
Identifying and qualifying both company-provided and individually generated sales leads and logging sales effort updates into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Scheduling appointments with existing and prospective customers to share industry knowledge, offer trade consulting services, and conduct business forecasts.
Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.
Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
Generate insights leveraging internal and external business intelligence to report on and drive the business.
Work cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration, and service KPIs.
Working closely with our Operations, Accounting, and Compliance teams.
Leading and providing guidance to Business Development Executive trainees.
Clearly understand the goals, policies, and procedures of the company.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3-5 years prior experience in international logistics and transportation industry, candidates with richer experience may be considered for Sales Manager position
Able to develop own client base, having existing client base is a definite advantage
Ability to complete multiple tasks consistently, on time with strong attention to detail.
Proficient with current software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proven leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Fluent in English
