A dedicated, degree-seeking individual currently enrolled in a higher education institution, chasing a career in communications, journalism and/or technology
No experience necessary; previous PR internship or experience at a startup is a major plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
A proactive self-starter eager to learn and grow as part of a team with a dedication to quality control
A strong understanding of Web and social media tools; candidate should be able to develop and learn quickly to the ever-changing environment
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point
Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months

Responsibilities

Work With Web tools to edit/create new online contents
Create weekly reports
Help create engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
Learn and implement basic search engine optimization techniques to improve website visibility and rankings.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics to inform digital marketing strategies.

Qualification

College or University Student
Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Ability to commute to LOs Angeles Office at least once a week.
