Overview:
We are seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales team and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and resolve inquiries
- Conduct outbound calling to potential leads and follow up on sales activities
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Data entry experience with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Prior experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.47 - $23.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
