FanIQ partners with teams, schools, festivals, and venues to create custom content for use on social media platforms like Snap, TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest. Our goal is to create scalable, audience-focused content that drives transactional revenue goals for our partners. We track sales directly through ticketing platforms and provide real-time insights on creative, audience, and platform performance to help partners find new fans. In 2023, we served close to a billion impressions for 50+ teams and have a set of performance data and best practices catered to live entertainment partners.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Data Analyst at FanIQ, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to identify trends and opportunities for our partners. You will also be responsible for presenting insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, Statistics
- Strong communication skills
- Data Modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R is a plus
- Data warehousing experience on platforms like BigQuery and Azure
- Experience working with ticketing platforms like Ticketmaster and SeatGeek is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science is a plus
