We are looking for a highly motivated, positive, and energetic individual to join our team! Someone who is a self-starter and likes to juggle multiple things at once would be the perfect candidate for this Computer Support position for our San Ramon office. This is a full-time position with paid benefits described below.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Computer Support (Entry Level). The Computer Support will be responsible for providing technical support, tech inventory, troubleshooting issues, and setting up new systems between our two Bay area offices (San Ramon, and San Francisco)
Required Experience:
- Strong interest in the Information Systems and Technology fields.
- Experience using and troubleshooting iPhones, Macs, and PC desktop devices.
- Willingness to learn and navigate operating system, software, and platform offerings such as: Windows, Mac OS, Office Products, NetSuite, Atlassian Jira, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Chrome.
- Prior experience with customer service or end user interaction.
- Written and verbal communication skills, ability to problem solve, attention to detail, and efficiency with both independent and team style work environments.
Preferred Experience:
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals, Google IT Support Foundational, Microsoft Fundamentals, Apple Support Certified, or similar coursework of entry-IT learnings.
- 2+ years of in depth PC usage and troubleshooting with Windows operating systems.
- Self-Education for in-depth software navigation and usage.
