About the role:
The position of funder at Reliant Capital Group is integral to the success of our company. The operational support that the funder provides is the backbone of our business and ensures that the relationships we form with our customers are supported, and every transaction is processed seamlessly. In tandem with our sales team, the funder assists in processing customer files, processing documentation, and helps to manage relationships with our clients. The funder’s goal is to provide proficient and speedy processing of documentation so that every deal is successfully executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a proficient level of critical and analytical thinking in shepherding a deal from start to finish.
- Use effective communication with both sales representatives and funding sources, acting as an intermediary in relaying important information.
- Generate documents based on sales representative’s document requests, send generated documents out for signature to the signors on the deal, check in documents that have been signed.
- Identify requirements specific to each deal to ensure funding; interface with bank partners to clear those requirements.
- Conduct auditorial phone calls with end user clients to finalize agreement terms and authorize commencement of the contract.
- Utilizing company work product and software, maintain an updated, working knowledge base on each transaction.
Minimum Qualifications
o 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to conduct data entry.
o Experience based in documentation generation and holistic file auditing is a plus.
o Banking or mortgage industry experience is a plus.
o Multitasking abilities with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple or conflicting deadlines.
o Requires strong and professional communication skills and a willingness to work directly with high earning sales teams.
o Strong time management skills and an ability to work under pressure without compromising attention to detail.
o A team player attitude, someone who is reliable and adaptable.
o General computer literacy, with familiarity with Microsoft suite.
