The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and interacting with clients and other persons, scheduling, answering and routing phone calls, managing email correspondence, and other administrative tasks. Candidates should have a professional attitude, appearance, and energetic personality.
The position may involve data entry, receiving and sorting mail, scanning and copying, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
Work experience as a receptionist or front office representative or similar role may be preferred.
