We are currently seeking a highly motivated on-site Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. As a Marketing Coordinator at F Street, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our marketing strategy, contributing to content creation and broader marketing initiatives. You will develop engaging content to support brand awareness and audience engagement and collaborate with various teams to execute marketing activities across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with our company's objectives.
The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns, while learning SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content needs and target audience, contributing to clear and consistent marketing materials.
- Assist in creating multimedia content like video, audio, and infographics, and participate in distributing content with external marketing agencies.
- Utilize an integrated suite of marketing tools, focusing on effective campaign management and customer relationship enhancement.
- Gain expertise in data management within CRM platforms, applying analytical insights to refine marketing strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Help manage the content calendar, ensuring timely content delivery and supporting the monitoring of performance metrics.
- Define and refine the customer journey and customer touchpoints to craft effective messaging and enhance customer experience.
- Assist with website management in a WordPress environment, ensuring functionality and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Leverage social media platforms, including paid channels, to enhance brand presence, engage targeted audiences, and drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Marketing, Communications, or Journalism, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a role involving content creation, digital marketing, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of producing effective content.
- Strong proficiency in design tools, particularly within the Adobe Creative Suite or similar software, to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, adaptable to different audiences and platforms, with a focus on productivity and consistent content output.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices, with the aptitude to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies, including CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently, with a bias towards productivity and meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (based on qualifications and experience) with bonus potential.

Qualifications
