Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. SUI provides retail solutions through our brand partnerships with Dish, Hughesnet, ADT, and Boost Infinite. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for the management and growth of our retail division. The key to this position is building and maintaining strong relationships with our brand business partners, driving sales growth by collaborating with our field offices across the Southeast , and focusing on creative and innovative digital media, digital marketing, and brand print media. Working closely with corporate support staff and field operations are critical to the success of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company objectives, with a specific focus on relationship building, social media platforms, and digital marketing skills.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the digital space through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the digital and marketing sectors.
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals in the digital media and digital marketing domain, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and innovative digital solutions and proposals that meet client needs and align with our brand identity.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- Track sales performance metrics related to digital media and digital marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media and marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Cultivate and manage strategic brand relationships to enhance our brand presence and reputation in the market.
Position Requirements / Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or business related degree with concentration in digital marketing. Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing, and SEMrush SEO Toolkit Course.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas, present strategies, and engage with internal teams, field operations, and brand partners. Interpersonal skills to coach and inspire others is a must.
- Team Player: Ability to build and maintain relationships with field operations, brand partners, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing a business through field operations lead generation tactics, social media, digital marketing, and internet-based strategies to grow retail sales.
