Overview
Alliant is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join an innovative and strategy-focused Marketing team. As Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring content-focused marketing initiatives that contribute towards corporate goals. You will be responsible for ideating, creating, reviewing, distributing, and measuring content. Success in this role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate between strategy and execution, and partner across internal and external teams and projects. This includes understanding the nuances of the audience data and advertising industry and reactively and proactively developing and distributing compelling content accordingly. Principle Responsibilities:
- Drive content initiatives in conjunction with PR partners and internal stakeholders through ideation of concepts, writing, calendar/project management, editing and approval process, publishing and promoting of content.
- Lead the process of distributing content externally to targeted customer audience segments via email marketing, social media, content syndication, and more.
- Handle internal communications around content across the company to drive engagement, education, and sharing.
- Work with Marketing stakeholders to publish and house content on brand website and landing pages.
- Develop strategic lead generation campaigns in partnership with sales team leaders to support overall brand, account and vertical-based strategies.
- Support sales team by providing creative and/or production support for presentation decks, sales sheets, infographics, scripts, and other communication materials.
- Partner closely with the internal design team to translate strategy and copy into design elements including ads, content, infographics, landing pages, social posts, and internal company communications.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms; ensuring accurate lead management, audience segmentation and attribution.
- Spearhead account-based marketing and email nurture efforts to focused groups of customer segments that assist sales in converting key customers
- Identify and manage external lead sources such as industry event sponsorships, marketing & advertising partners, and industry content publishers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 4-5 years hands-on experience in a B2B demand generation marketing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or an analytics-related discipline preferred
- Must have outstanding writing and verbal communications skills with demonstrable content development experience (sales presentations, blogs, ebooks, etc.)
- Proven ability to identify and interpret relevant data and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO, paid LinkedIn, and trade advertising
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities; must be comfortable setting priorities and communicating to stakeholders
- Collaborative, low-ego team player committed to having a good time while doing a great job
- Direct experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, Hubspot and Salesforce a plus
This role is based in our headquarter office in Brewster, NY. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 plus a corporate bonus and we do not provide relocation assistance.
