King Operating Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales
Assistant/Receptionist. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both the sales team and the overall company image. You will provide exceptional customer service, support our sales team with administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment. This position is onsite in King’s Addison, Texas, office.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and coordinate notifications to appropriate team members including the offering of beverages and set up the meeting room as needed to make for a pleasant visit for guests.
- Answer and manage phone calls directing traffic to the appropriate members of the team.
- Conduct mail outs, by utilizing USPS & FedEx
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Attend team meetings and assist with meeting prep, meeting notes, and post-meeting comm’s.
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Qualifying leads and directing sales inquiries to the sales team.
- Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
