We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will focus on email, list uploads, and webinar marketing to drive qualified conversions. You will create nurturing and trigger-based email campaigns, deliver tailored marketing messages to targeted personas and drive optimization through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis. Responsibilities:
- Execute Marketo programs including list uploads, webinar setup, email campaigns, landing pages, utm tracking, nurture and drip campaign builds, and customer communications.
- Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of the CRM data by data cleansing, depuding, and enrichment.
- Create documentation, training materials, and enablement presentations.
- Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing ops functions.
- Build reports to answer pressing questions about the state of the marketing department.
- Develop new tactics or processes that are best practices to help the marketer succeed or make our team become more efficient.
- Onboard new marketing technologies and ensure they correctly function in our technology stack.
- Provide exemplary service to internal customers such as sales, marketing program managers and executives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing operations role.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo. Worked on Marketo programs, templates, troubleshooting sync errors, and integrated third-party vendors.
- Used Salesforce.com Sales Cloud for campaign, campaign member creation, understand objects, permissions sets, page layouts, field validations, and
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS. Knows how to edit Marketo email and landing page templates.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence and lead management processes and technologies.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel (i.e., you can split columns, perform vlookups, and create pivot tables).
- Knowledge in webinar platforms like On24, Webex, Go-to-Webinar, ReadyTalk, or ZoomWebinars.
- Worked on documentation and training. Has worked on enablement presentations to train internal and cross-department teams.
- Worked in a content management system to build basic pages without coding requirements (Wordpress, AEM, HubSpot, etc).
- Worked on database enrichment, cleansing, deduplication, and segmentation.
- Built reports to analyze email stats and compared to internal and industry benchmarks. Reports to analyze state of database.
- Experience with other martech stacks such as chat(Drift Chat), ABM(Demandbase, 6Sense), third-party automations(Zapier, Workato, OpenPrise), funnel and attribution(MQL, SAL, SQL, Opp. Bizible, FullCircle), sales hand-off, and sales outreach (SalesLoft, Outreach), Deduplicaton Tools (Ringlead), Enrichment Tools (Zoominfo, Lusha, clearbit, leadspace, insideview, discoverorg, leadfeeder, or others)
- Has experience with email best best practices on A/B testing, tracking, reporting, GDPR compliance, and stays abreast of changes to email clients in the industry.

Compensation:
- $39.66/hr. - $52.89/hr. (W2)
