Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer at Climastry. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end web and application development.
Qualifications
- React + API Integrations
- Back-End Web Development, Application Development, and Full-Stack Development skills
- Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) skills
- Experience in developing and maintaining web applications
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Ruby
- Understanding of databases and SQL
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- R, Matlab, Minitab, Mathworks

The Offer
This is a role with raw equity. Meaning, that there is no dilution to the company yet. The offer is 12% for a lead developer and 8% for the secondary full stack engineer. These dispersions are both negotiable but are mandated to a 1 year cliff and 5 year vesting period. Both matched with negotiated salaries.
