Customer Service Assistant (6-months FTC)
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our ecommerce team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers worldwide and communicate directly with them on various channels including email, live chat and phone. You will be providing our customers with exceptional service through the quality, personalisation, speed and efficiency of your service.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our day-to-day operations and a key role in supporting the overall customer journey and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will join an international team, at our office located in the heart of Copenhagen.
This is a full-time position, for a fixed term period of 6-months, to start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent and personalised service to our online customers with the aim of achieving a first contact resolution, within our agreed response time
- Address customer enquiries through a number of channels including phone, email and live chat using Zendesk
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges and other product related queries
- Take a proactive approach, anticipating and preventing any barriers to a totally seamless customer experience, whilst anticipating future needs of the customer
- Act as the customer advocate within the business, escalating issues where needed and providing customer feedback to the relevant commercial and operational teams
- Convey a solution-focused message to the customer at all times
We'd love to hear from you if you are / have:
- Previous experience in a customer care environment, preferably in the luxury retail sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and service
- A calm, can-do positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable within an open-plan and curated working environment
- An appreciation and understanding for the Tekla brand and product
