Responsibilities
• Design experiences that enhance the brand and the overall customer experience
• Help develop graphic standards and visual assets that reflect and expand upon the company’s brand standards
• Drive innovation with a storytelling approach to assets
• Curate and design content for multiple digital and social channels and paid advertising/media • Oversee the creative direction of paid partnerships
• Manage cross-functional designers across all digital global projects
• Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Present your work to the team and stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
• 5+ years of web visual design experience in all phases from start to finish with minimal direction
• Experience with large scale global projects.
• An eye for visual storytelling and audience engagement
• Deep experience with managing website redesigns.
• Experience with complex templates.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead others while remaining an individual contributor
• Simultaneously contribute to multiple projects at one time
• Must be organized and able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently
• Strong communication skills – will report/present to a broad range of stakeholders
