Must-have skills: Infrastructure Project Manager (physical security/safety), exp coordinating various installations: electrical, cabling, intercom, and switch/UPS. Experience Working with Educational Instituions/Schools.

Requirements
- Availability to work occationally at the Client’s site in Sunrise, FL (required);
- Project management experience
- Experience with permit application and approval processes.
- Experience in managing project schedules and tracking progress.
- Experience in safety protocols and regulations related to project management.
- Experience in using Microsoft Teams, project trackers, and other relevant software.
- Experience in generating reports and develop dashboards based on project data.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
Collaborate with project analysts, support personnel, and vendors to develop project proposals.
- Manage the permit application and approval process, scheduling work upon approval.
- Verify proposal adherence to agreed-upon site placements and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate facility preparation tasks, including key distribution, cleanup, deliveries, and security arrangements.
- Flexibility to work occasional evening hours and attend virtual meetings with project team members.
- Track project progress and updates in project trackers, utilizing CAP system or Building Department ISS for permit and inspection status.
- Facilitate meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders
