Dialogue New York is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a passionate and hard-working individual to manage new client relationships as we grow. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in paid influencer marketing campaign management at a marketing agency, is organized, is a great communicator, and excellent multi-tasker. They will be working with our corporate and startup clients in varying industries such as Love Wellness, Flamingo, Loftie, Seen, ByHeart, Bilt, Little Spoon, etc. The Marketing Manager will support client relationships, own campaign execution, project timelines and budgets, and together with our team, will lay the foundation of influencer and digital marketing for inspiring brands.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Manage client relationships by leading weekly status meetings and owning all other client communication
- Develop creative influencer marketing strategies, specific to each client that include approaches to micro-influencer seeding, paid influencer campaigns, brand events and experiences, content collaborations (UGC)
- Identify creative influencers to partner with for UGC content collaborations. Negotiate terms of collaboration and establish contracts for partnership, develop a creative brief, manage production timeline, etc.
- Develop and execute paid influencer campaigns, negotiate terms with influencer agents, contracts, creative briefing, manage influencer relationships throughout execution, recap and report (with coordinator/intern assistance)
- Develop relationships with influencers through networking events, coffees and Dialogue-led initiatives
- Support marketing of Dialogue New York (social strategy, Dialogue newsletter, Open Dialogues blog, press + event initiatives)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in digital brand marketing; luxury or lifestyle brand experience preferred
- Prior agency experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
