Downtown Los Angeles non profit is looking for a 6 month Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team. This will be an in-office position in their beautiful DTLA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient company operation.
Job Duties:
Assisting 2 Executives with all levels of administrative tasks
Answering phones, responding to emails
Heavy calendar management and booking appointments
Booking travel
Generate PowerPoint presentations
Enter data into their software system
Prepare expense reports
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
3+ years or more executive assistant experience
Possess strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Rate: $30 to $35 per hour
